Spectating

The upstairs bar has a view balcony overlooking the main pitch and can accommodate around 100 spectators.

The main pitch is surrounded by spectator barriers and with the exception of players, coaches and medical staff, all spectators must remain behind the barriers at all times.

Other pitches don't have spectator barriers but we ask that you stand at least a etre back from the sidelines for the playersand your own safety..

Disability Access at Thanet Wanderers RUFC

Disability Access

Unfortunately, disability access to the club is limited. We have good access on the ground floor with a disabled toilet.

However the main club bar is on the first floor, which unfortunately is only accessible by the stairs either via the balcony or through the internal staircase via the front entrance.

The committee are discussing the options to extend our disability access. The building has its limitations on how we do this due to its construction and its location.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or if we can do anything to help make a visit more accommodating.

Toilets at Thanet Wanderers RUFC

Toilets

The clubhouse has men's toilets, ladies' toilets and a disabled toilet, all on the ground floor.

Toilets are available for the use of our members and visitors and are all accessible through the main double door facing the main pitch.

The bar is staffed whenever the clubhouse is open and is fully-stocked, selling beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, crisps and snacks.
